The more pain we experience, the greater our dependence on bliss.

Mass media and the internet demonstrate that the short way to satisfaction of a need is to artificially influence the release of certain hormones using all kinds of drugs and substances or experiencing an orgasm, which in turn depletes the body mentally and physically. This is how we find the way to an imaginary balance and avoid inner pain.

After all, the world into which we came is perfect and beautiful, but some creatures inhabiting this world, for some reason, created conditions to make newborn creatures suffer and suffer in the first and subsequent years of life, causing defects in the psyche and body that led to addictions.

As an individual matures under such conditions, it will inevitably be susceptible to the weakness of the addiction to achieving a change of state using the methods offered by the market.

This is how the populations of entire continents are looped into artificially created need or dependence, sometimes weaving it into the consciousness of those nations as a national feature.

Hence, many nations are at a low level of development, which is accompanied by endless mass suffering; therefore, their addiction to drugs and genital pleasures elevates the idea and meaning of life, and the result of such a lifestyle inevitably leads to aggression and war.

They sell their lives for pennies in order to get rid of suffering in the ways that are sold to them by those who cause this state in their psyche. An ingenious scheme for eternal enslavement.

How to meditate

There is lots of information, courses, and even books about different types of meditation. Some minds create the science of meditation.


We all want to explore ourselves and share what we experience, and that is good. That’s amazing because many of us have our own interpretation of unexplainable.


The paradoxical thing is that reading or listening to anyone’s experience is useless.
Do not ignore practice, because practice is where true knowledge and mastery come from.


In this post, I am sharing my own experience from my practice of meditation.
Life is meditation.
I meditate all the time, even when I type this text.


Here are some of my notes on what I personally experienced and found to be similar to what many spiritual teachers say.

One of the ways to enter a meditative state that I use and what usually happens during the process.

1. Position your body comfortably in a quiet place and close your eyes.

2. Look, listen and feel how your body breathes.

3. Keep your attention on the breathing process for the next few breaths.
This is how you focus and control your attention.

4. Focus all your inner senses on your palms, feel them and slowly move your inner eyes through your body from your toes up to the top of your head.

5. Scan your body with your inner eyes and relax every part that feels stressed.

6. Your mind might produce lots of thoughts about your life issues, memories and other fears. Do not react to them; notice them, but don’t put much focus on them. Just stay still, whatever you think or physically feel.


7. For any obsessive thought, you can ask yourself, Who am I?
Keep asking yourself and never answer this question.
After some time, you will notice that your mind steps back with the obsessive thought and other thoughts come.


8. Keep your focus on the stillness within you.
There is a point in the center of your mind that is the eye of a storm of your thoughts.
It is the point of stillness in you.
Practice holding your inner focus on that point. It might take some time to master it so it’s better to start as soon as possible;)

Seems you make a step back.

Everything is cyclical in our lives, and many things that we supposedly understood come back to life again, and we seem to go through the same lesson.

A lesson can be learned by repeating it many times until there is not a single question left and no one reacts. This is a test of how much you have learned from the last turn of the spiral of reality.

Don’t lose trust in the process; live and learn the facets of yourself and the world around you, and thank everything and yourself for what you experience. Everything exists for you and your growth.

Remember that the world is your reflection, what you give to it, it reflects, refracting the reflections with the edges of endless mirrors in the form of people and situations.

Refracting the light of consciousness may seem like something new, but everything new is a forgotten constant.

Dance of fires

You are winter in summer, and I am summer in winter—the obvious difference between me and you.


This is the illusion of the duality of the world.
In it, we dance passionately and playfully. Sometimes dancing seems like a fight.
It’s a fight for life and death.

After the fight, we became one loving, feeling being.

There is no difference between up and down now.

We are illuminated by fire and love.
Everything seems as it was before, but something is different.


There is no pain, and we don’t cry anymore.
We laugh together now with the kindness of love in our hearts and everything looks so beautiful and unique.


There are no tears, and the eyes are clear.
We see the truth without fear without hiding anything.
We sincerely sharing light with the world Illuminating everyone and everything.

Make your mind your servant, not your boss.

At a certain level of awareness, information and experiences begin to form logically related concepts. The analytical mind copes well with this task; it connects parts of seemingly unrelated facts and stories into a whole picture using logic. Where is the guarantee that the experience experienced by this mind or bunch of minds reflects reality and not just one of its facets?

The mind is a wonderful mechanism that should be trained to submit to life and not to subordinate life itself.

The mind, after all, is a phenomenon of life, and it looks funny when the mind, imagining itself to be the main thing in all existence, begins to destroy life around it.

Like a child fired up by a desire or an idea, he will try to use logic to adjust the circumstances while hiding the truth.

But then, as the experience of mankind shows, no matter how brilliant the idea, mistakes will still be made in it, which will lead to the collapse of everything created.

I am not calling on anyone to stop operating in life using the mind, I am reminding myself and you that the mind is a tool that should be mastered and used for its intended purpose.

Often, when solving a problem, the mind always creates an even larger problem, and then war and other man-made disasters happen.

Awakening

In a couple of years, you can barely find a reason to be or do anything.

There is no joy in all activities: meeting with friends, doing art, even nature. You’re still scrolling through mass media feeds that are full of informational junk, but you still believe that you can find the exit from this desperate condition, or it seems this is the end of you.

You have tried so hard to follow the paths that your parents or society gave you since you were a kid. It seems nothing works for you.

People will tell you that you are a loser, others will tell you that you should see a doctor, someone will try to persuade you to follow their suggestions.

None of them knows that you see no spark in life. Only heavy desperation and obsessive thinking are left in you.

Days are copies of each other.

The bitterness of loneliness fills your entire being.

You scream, you cry, you are furious, and you don’t care anymore.

And this day has come, and you understand that this is the real end, and some invisible force is pulling you out of your body.

First, you are scared and after a few moments, you realize that there is nothing to be scared about, you just need to accept that this is the end of the suffering you have lived in for such a long time.

Your body is still here, but you can no longer move it. You feel the last beats of your heart and how your brain sends its last signals to the body, and…

Complete void.

Nobody, nothing, no light or dark, but I am.

I am.

Obsessive thinking

It happens that there are arguments in your head with yourself about something.

You notice that the mind is responsible for going dialogue. You just listen to your own thoughts and think that you are going crazy because the voice in your head expresses the good and the bad in you.

Furthermore, you clearly understand that at the moment you are not related to either one voice or another, you seem to be observing and witnessing the dialogue in your own mind, using the same mind at the same time.

At such moments, we notice the duality of the work of our mind.

Being a whole, the mind divides everything into opposites, including itself, and this is its natural function.

Managing your own mind is what I would recommend everyone do.

Do not suppress or encourage the mind, but use its functions for their intended purpose, and stop giving attention to the stream of endless thoughts about something produced by the mind when there is no need for it.

Otherwise, the mind becomes a frenzied copying machine of opposing thoughts.

I wish you to experience a calm mind.

Even if it seems like it’s not working out, don’t stop, just be and breathe. That’s enough.

Be still and observe youself.

Страх – это болезнь.

Сковывающие тело и любую мотивацию чувство вины, какова природа и механизм этого явления?

Сперва были посажены зёрна сомнения по поводу собственной правоты или даже в собственной нормальности.

Данное убеждение в своё положение могло отразится на тебе и подсознание запомнило, что так нужно реагировать на происходящее исходя из чувства вины, то есть страха.

Страх – это болезнь. Проявления страха может плавно перетекать из ментального в физический план.

Можно выделить два основных типа поведения того кем овладевает страх. Первый – это подчинение чужой воле и второе – это доминирование над другими.

В первом случае он запуган и готов подчинится, тому существу или обстоятельству которое внушило страх.

Во втором запугивание других так как в самом есть страх, что ему придётся подчиниться или потерять свой статус. И те и те боятся.

При страхе тело цепенеет, сжимается, иногда парализуется, внутренние органы и чувства сбиваются со своего ритма. Результат таков, что механизм начинает работать не корректно и неизбежно будет сбоить принося проблемы в жизнь.

Чего больше всего боишься ты?

Загляни внутрь с любовью и состраданием, найди того кто боится.

Там где живёт твой страх там источник твоей внутренней боли. Боль это сигнал от части тебя где требуется любовь.

Fear is sickness

Guilt constrains the body and any motivation. What is the nature and mechanism of this phenomenon?

First, the seeds of doubt about one’s own righteousness or even one’s own normality were planted.

This belief in your position could frighten you and the subconscious mind remembered that this is how you need to react to what is happening based on a feeling of guilt, that is, fear.

Fear is a disease.  Manifestations of fear can smoothly flow from the mental to the physical plane.
We can distinguish two main types of behavior of those who are overcome by fear.

The first is submission to someone else’s will and the second is domination over others.
In the first case, he is intimidated and ready to submit to the creature or circumstance that inspired fear, in the second, he intimidates others because he himself is afraid that he will have to submit or lose his status. Both are afraid.

With fear, the body becomes numb, shrinks, sometimes crawls, internal organs and feelings lose their rhythm.  The result is that the mechanism begins to work incorrectly and will inevitably fail, bringing problems to life.

What are you most afraid of?
Look inside with love and compassion, find the one who is afraid.
Where your fear lives is the source of your inner pain.

Повторение противоположностей

Двоичный код во всём, в каждом предмете, мысли, волне. Из этого бесконечного повторения противоположностей создаётся другая картина, которая есть часть ещё одной большей картины и нет предела этому проявлению реальности какое направление не выбирай.

В любом конце есть начало как и любом начале есть конец чего-то.

Что бы ты ни подумал читая текст, это всего лишь твоя интерпретация толкования смысла из бесконечно возможных.

Нет правых и не правых так как каждая мысль ценна даже самая тёмная и ужасная.

Степень прекрасности и ужасности можно разложить по шкале от бесконечности к бесконечности, но у людей как у ограниченных существ есть диапазон в котором необходимо найти баланс.

Баланс не избавит от проблем, но позволит обратить внимание на происходящее, чтоб не упустить момент сейчас.

Изменив отношение и собственную реакцию на всё происходящее, ты можешь получить новый опыт выполняя знакомый тебе паттерн.
