Are there toxic people?

The problem is not with people, but with the fact that we unconsciously choose them with a certain set of characteristics that will ultimately lead to an already familiar result, even if at a conscious level it is not desirable.

If, in childhood, you were ingrained in the pattern “without suffering, there is no happiness,” then each new partner will fall under criteria that will lead to toxic relationships. It will always seem that you are making the choice that you are striving for. In fact, you still don’t know who you are, and you are still learning the mechanisms of life through trial and error.

You see the source of desire or irritation, its merits and flaws, which are actually yours; you just cannot see yourself, so you see your own vices in others. The people around you reflect you in one form or another. This mechanism is the reason why we are able to understand each other.

The fact that there are conflicts and their frequent occurrence causes an uneven growth in awareness.

Awareness depends on some factors, but everything is not completely clear to me since there is no limit to awareness itself and factors change their functions as you move along the life path of growing awareness.

If you manage to turn your attention inward and keep it to yourself, then big changes will soon begin.

You will learn to feel your own body and mind.

After all, few, or perhaps many, people wondered why we were not given exact instructions for the body.

You will have to look for it yourself, listening to yourself. But how exactly do you do this? You ask.

The body wants pleasure, and the mind wants to know. So hear them by directing your attention inward.

You will think it’s crazy and a waste of time. You don’t yet realize that only silence means something in the world; everything is stored in it, and its meanings are broader.

Do you regret anything?

Life flows through us, and we are forced, passing it through ourselves, to react to the events that arise in it. Events themselves are neutral, but our reaction is always polar: negative or positive. Polarity is always relative. The richer our experience, the closer we are to the balance between polarities, which is synchronization with the flow of life itself.

Any experience is priceless in itself; it is important to realize what the experience you go through teaches you. Otherwise, it will repeat itself again and again.

Regret about something is a signal that the lesson has not been learned and you will have to deal with it again.

Solitude and meditation are two of the most effective ways to review past trials and look at your character’s life from different angles.

Accepting what was and is, forgiving others and yourself—this path seems difficult and sometimes impossible. Only fear can hinder this process of awareness and liberation from shackles.

What’s your biggest fear? Look straight at it, because most often we are afraid of what we cannot see.

Three-parts union being

As most of the spiritual teachers said, we are three-part union beings—body, mind, and soul. Where the body is a vehicle, the mind is a passenger, and the soul is a driver.

The mind always tries to take control of the life of the body when it overthinks and takes responsibility for the driver, which is the soul. The soul knows why this body exists and what it has to do during its lifetime.

Society teaches us to listen to the mind, and we see that it steps on the same trap and becomes a crazy life-destroying machine. The mind is a powerful tool that can be programmed.

Humans using the mind created countless amounts of beliefs and programs for the mind in their known history. Some of the beliefs obviously create separation from the soul—the life energy source. The body suffers more pain as the separation grows larger.

Finding the way to the union looks and feels unpleasant for the conditioned mind, but there is a way.

Let the mind be a wonderful tool that serves the body and knows its role.

How to meditate

There is lots of information, courses, and even books about different types of meditation. Some minds create the science of meditation.

We all want to explore ourselves and share what we experience, and that is good. That’s amazing because many of us have our own interpretation of unexplainable.

The paradoxical thing is that reading or listening to anyone’s experience is useless.
Do not ignore practice, because practice is where true knowledge and mastery come from.

In this post, I am sharing my own experience from my practice of meditation.
Life is meditation.
I meditate all the time, even when I type this text.

Here are some of my notes on what I personally experienced and found to be similar to what many spiritual teachers say.

One of the ways to enter a meditative state that I use and what usually happens during the process.

1. Position your body comfortably in a quiet place and close your eyes.

2. Look, listen and feel how your body breathes.

3. Keep your attention on the breathing process for the next few breaths.
This is how you focus and control your attention.

4. Focus all your inner senses on your palms, feel them and slowly move your inner eyes through your body from your toes up to the top of your head.

5. Scan your body with your inner eyes and relax every part that feels stressed.

6. Your mind might produce lots of thoughts about your life issues, memories and other fears. Do not react to them; notice them, but don’t put much focus on them. Just stay still, whatever you think or physically feel.

7. For any obsessive thought, you can ask yourself, Who am I?
Keep asking yourself and never answer this question.
After some time, you will notice that your mind steps back with the obsessive thought and other thoughts come.

8. Keep your focus on the stillness within you.
There is a point in the center of your mind that is the eye of a storm of your thoughts.
It is the point of stillness in you.
Practice holding your inner focus on that point. It might take some time to master it so it’s better to start as soon as possible;)

I wish you to feel and be yourself.
You are important.

May love be with you!
