Fear is sickness

Guilt constrains the body and any motivation. What is the nature and mechanism of this phenomenon?

First, the seeds of doubt about one’s own righteousness or even one’s own normality were planted.

Fear is a disease.  Manifestations of fear can smoothly flow from the mental to the physical plane.

In the first case, he is intimidated and ready to submit to the creature or circumstance that inspired fear, in the second, he intimidates others because he himself is afraid that he will have to submit or lose his status. Both are afraid.

With fear, the body becomes numb, shrinks, sometimes crawls, internal organs and feelings lose their rhythm.  The result is that the mechanism begins to work incorrectly and will inevitably fail, bringing problems to life.

What are you most afraid of?
Look inside with love and compassion, find the one who is afraid.
Where your fear lives is the source of your inner pain.

Repetition of opposites

Anyone who wants to get rid of something comes from a dual perception, seeing the object from the position of liking or not liking. 
Binary code is in everything, in every object, thought, wave.


From this endless repetition of opposites, another picture is created, which is part of another larger picture and there is no limit to this manifestation of reality, no matter what direction you choose.

 
Every end has a beginning, just like every beginning has the end of something. 
Whatever you think while reading the text, it is just your interpretation of the interpretation of the meaning from the infinitely possible.

There are no right or wrong because every thought is valuable, even the darkest and most terrible.  The degree of beauty and horror can be laid out on a scale from infinity to infinity, but people, as limited beings, have a range in which it is necessary to find a balance.


Balance will not make you get rid of problems, but it will allow you to pay attention to what is happening so as not to miss the moment now.


By changing your attitude and your own reaction to everything that happens, you can gain new experience by performing even a pattern that is familiar to you.

Do not compare!

Do not compare yourself.

Of course, you can do it if you want.


It is an interesting fact that many of us ignore that we don’t feel or see things like anyone else in this world.
You were special from the beginning of your life.
Nothing is the same; even if you make a copy of yourself, it won’t be the same as you. It will go through its own copy’s experience of existence.

The way you express yourself now can’t be repeated or copied by anyone.
Those emotions and reactions are based on things that you went through, and they are so unique.
From this point of view, respect for the self should increase in you.

Sometimes people undervalue or overvalue their own characteristics when they start to compare themselves with others. It leads to nonstop seeking of the self in the totally wrong place.

As you move further into search through comparison, the more desperate you become.
Such a trick of the mind and reasonable reaction of the real you, who you suppressed for such a long time while you were trying to be like anyone around but who you really are.

Betrayal of the self is a really painful experience because of its unmeasurable price.
By doing so, you ignore your natural potential that was given to you at higher levels of existence.
It is so powerful that it can create ideas and things; it can influence matter and make new worlds, life forms, etc. In other words, we can call it divine power.

If during your life path you don’t realize this power in you and keep it suppressed deep in you, it might destroy you from inside.

If you are drawn into ignorance, you might see the reason for your failure in anyone but yourself.
Others are just your reflection on the fabric of 3D reality.

You can’t hide anything from yourself.

Lust is not romantic

Since many of us are taught by the culture that surrounded us in childhood and also by the programs that we have absorbed from watching the mass media,

The image of romantic love is associated only with the instinct of reproduction.

Therefore, for many people, the relationship with a partner is entirely tied to the desire to satisfy their pussies and dicks, and for others, it is a way of manipulating others by limiting access to their genitals.

Especially in the age of technology, when the speed of information transfer has become instantaneous, and, of course, with the development and popularization of the porn industry, people have become even more hostage to their genital pleasures.

After all, relationships between representatives of different sexes are a very complex communication system.

Run with your desire to copulate, thereby supporting and developing the industry of pumping life energy out of you and those around you.

It seems that as soon as lust appears, it means it is love, and you must certainly master, appropriate, and focus your life on serving one of your instincts while ignoring others.

The consequences, of course, are completely ignored, either due to inexperience or deliberately ignored.

And after all, people sincerely don’t understand why things don’t work out for them with any of their partners.

The reason is the typical consumer attitude towards both oneself and others.

What is a rule for?

Rules are a very important component of any collective.

Rules help people understand the boundaries of everyone who is nearby in order to balance the principles that guide us when interacting with those with whom we have to share everyday life.

Another question is whether fanatics and greedy individuals distort the meaning of the rules and bring suffering to themselves and others without realizing it.
Everyone has their own special view of the world, life, and other things, which should be the way it is.

After all, the process of self-awareness through interaction with other people is interesting.
You can look at the interaction of two people as if two precious stones are flying towards each other at crazy speed, colliding, and then breaking and thereby acquiring new facets. As a result, each of them has consequences for contact.

When we come into contact with other individuals, we seem to clash in disagreements and thus sharpen our own edges.
by breaking each other’s misconceptions (by the way, this is a very good exercise in determining one’s own boundaries) and thereby helping each other a lot, but not everyone is able to notice and understand this.

Here, it is important to know about safety precautions.

Free will

All of the creatures in the universe have the right to choose a life path. It’s known as free will. It’s one of the most important rules at the physical and metaphysical levels of existence.


By the way, some of the creatures are trying to find a way to manipulate others to break this concrete rule. When they do it, it causes a big imbalance, but the entire organism of the universe is putting everything back into balance, and those who manipulate the rules of the universe are going to pay a fee, and it is impossible to avoid responsibility for anything that causes an imbalance. Nothing is for free; it might have a fee.


First of all, it is better to keep in mind that everything is in the right place and at the right time,” and when someone or something effects this process in a positive or negative way (from a human mind perspective), it could be the act of breaking the rule.


For example, when you really want to help a person but the person doesn’t ask for any help and you still try to help,”  you might steal that person’s experience, which they have to go through, and stealing is an action to create imbalance.


What I am sharing here is my personal experience, which I later found very similar to what different spiritual and religious teachers are teaching about. Interesting fact: all the answers are within us; we just need respectfully ask ourselves and get any answer related to our own existence in this beautiful world in these incredible bodies.
