Be silent and meet a great person in you

If you had the opportunity to meet a historical figure, who would you choose to meet and why?

We don’t realize that we already met them when we first encountered the prints (arts) they left in our culture.

They speak to you every time you think of them. All that wisdom or stupidity in you is from the people who lived on this planet before. So we are in constant connection with them, but we think that all of our thoughts and ideas are only ours.

If you imagine that you met those people in person, it could be a really unpleasant experience because, for you, they will look like just regular people with their own craziness.

How much do you pay attention to those great personalities in your daily life? As Tesla’s, Jesus’s, Buddha’s, and other great people’s contemporaries were annoyed by them, you could feel the same if you were that ignorant to think that you are separated from the universal mind that is all of us.

Be silent and meet a great person in you.

May love be with you!

No time

Do we need time?

Time is just an illusion of the mind that a person uses as a guide in space. There is only the moment now, and the past and future are just figments of our imagination.

When we wake up, we are still in the now, and tomorrow never comes. The illusion of time is mainly used by people to speculate and force other people to act in a certain way by making them believe that time is limited.

We all know that matter has a lifespan and that everything material will inevitably collapse. Therefore, the world of people is in a constant rush in pursuit of desires, guided by the fear that they will not succeed in something in life.

Time is a very profitable commodity for traders. It was they who came up with the phrase “time is money,” forcing the masses to shift their focus in time and exchange their lives in the now for a tool with which we exchange material and intellectual goods.

Everything is alright. No matter if time is important or not. What has to happen, will happen for sure.

Never rush

What are you trying to avoid in your daily life?

From the moment I open my eyes in the morning, I am convinced that everything is in perfect order, as it should be, no matter how sad or joyful reality may seem.

Maintaining inner peace, I begin my daily activities. What I do every day is do it in different ways to avoid repetition and the slightest hint of routine; that’s how I feel alive. No matter how urgent the matter is, I always avoid rushing.

Sometimes the mind, carried away by a problem, tries to force the body to speed up processes, which often leads to confusion and results in new problems that only add stress.

Under such circumstances, solving one problem in a hurry can create an even bigger problem or a series of problems for yourself.

My advice to someone would be: under any circumstances, do not rush into making decisions or taking actions.

It may turn out that nothing else is needed other than just being at that moment.

I overheard someone’s formula for a happy existence: first you need to be, and only then do it if there is a need.

Say no to rushing and allow yourself to enjoy this endless and beautiful moment now.

May love be with you!

Find yourself

What was your greatest discovery of your life?

When all attempts to pull on the images of the surrounding society failed and the dark time came for the loss of any meaning to live, at that very time something happened that led me to the greatest discovery of my life.

By a happy coincidence, at the age of seventeen, I had the opportunity to leave my parents’ home, the country in which I was born and raised, and go to the other side of the globe, where I was completely on my own. At that time in my life, I did not have a mentor or someone who could correct the direction of my growth.

I was surrounded by the same careless people whose lifestyle boiled down to an endless feast and satisfaction of carnal pleasures, and somewhere in parallel, there was a barely noticeable awareness that such a path leads to inevitable self-destruction.

There were also those who, indulging society, accepted the generally accepted path of the average person, enslaved by career growth and the thirst for profit, and who, one way or another, did all this in order to ensure that very idleness.

As it turns out later, the so-called idleness was a way to drown out the pain lodged deep inside, but I would find out this almost a decade later.

No matter how terrifying it may sound, as I described above, in fact, I am eternally grateful for the path I have traveled, on which I have had the opportunity to put on countless masks and try on many roles, among which there was not one that personified the real me.

When life brought me to the question “Who am I?”, I stood on the threshold of something else; I’ll call it “incorporeal existence,” that is, the end of earthly existence. It was during this darkest time that I found what I had been looking for for so long in the world around me—the real me, which I had ignored for many years, and he waited patiently, watching over and over again the false me cause pain and suffering to my body.

It is the discovery of oneself that is, for me, the greatest of all. My experience shows that every person on the planet, to some degree or another, is trying to find themselves.

I wish everyone who consciously follows this path to come to their true selves.

Three-parts union being

As most of the spiritual teachers said, we are three-part union beings—body, mind, and soul. Where the body is a vehicle, the mind is a passenger, and the soul is a driver.

The mind always tries to take control of the life of the body when it overthinks and takes responsibility for the driver, which is the soul. The soul knows why this body exists and what it has to do during its lifetime.

Society teaches us to listen to the mind, and we see that it steps on the same trap and becomes a crazy life-destroying machine. The mind is a powerful tool that can be programmed.

Humans using the mind created countless amounts of beliefs and programs for the mind in their known history. Some of the beliefs obviously create separation from the soul—the life energy source. The body suffers more pain as the separation grows larger.

Finding the way to the union looks and feels unpleasant for the conditioned mind, but there is a way.

Let the mind be a wonderful tool that serves the body and knows its role.

Slavery

The more pain we experience, the greater our dependence on bliss.

Mass media and the internet demonstrate that the short way to satisfaction of a need is to artificially influence the release of certain hormones using all kinds of drugs and substances or experiencing an orgasm, which in turn depletes the body mentally and physically. This is how we find the way to an imaginary balance and avoid inner pain.

After all, the world into which we came is perfect and beautiful, but some creatures inhabiting this world, for some reason, created conditions to make newborn creatures suffer and suffer in the first and subsequent years of life, causing defects in the psyche and body that led to addictions.

As an individual matures under such conditions, it will inevitably be susceptible to the weakness of the addiction to achieving a change of state using the methods offered by the market.

This is how the populations of entire continents are looped into artificially created need or dependence, sometimes weaving it into the consciousness of those nations as a national feature.

Hence, many nations are at a low level of development, which is accompanied by endless mass suffering; therefore, their addiction to drugs and genital pleasures elevates the idea and meaning of life, and the result of such a lifestyle inevitably leads to aggression and war.

They sell their lives for pennies in order to get rid of suffering in the ways that are sold to them by those who cause this state in their psyche. An ingenious scheme for eternal enslavement.

Ask yourself if you have an addiction that helps you escape from a seemingly painful reality?

Make your mind your servant, not your boss.

At a certain level of awareness, information and experiences begin to form logically related concepts. The analytical mind copes well with this task; it connects parts of seemingly unrelated facts and stories into a whole picture using logic. Where is the guarantee that the experience experienced by this mind or bunch of minds reflects reality and not just one of its facets?

The mind is a wonderful mechanism that should be trained to submit to life and not to subordinate life itself.

The mind, after all, is a phenomenon of life, and it looks funny when the mind, imagining itself to be the main thing in all existence, begins to destroy life around it.

Like a child fired up by a desire or an idea, he will try to use logic to adjust the circumstances while hiding the truth.

But then, as the experience of mankind shows, no matter how brilliant the idea, mistakes will still be made in it, which will lead to the collapse of everything created.

I am not calling on anyone to stop operating in life using the mind, I am reminding myself and you that the mind is a tool that should be mastered and used for its intended purpose.

Often, when solving a problem, the mind always creates an even larger problem, and then war and other man-made disasters happen.

Awakening

In a couple of years, you can barely find a reason to be or do anything.

There is no joy in all activities: meeting with friends, doing art, even nature. You’re still scrolling through mass media feeds that are full of informational junk, but you still believe that you can find the exit from this desperate condition, or it seems this is the end of you.

You have tried so hard to follow the paths that your parents or society gave you since you were a kid. It seems nothing works for you.

People will tell you that you are a loser, others will tell you that you should see a doctor, someone will try to persuade you to follow their suggestions.

None of them knows that you see no spark in life. Only heavy desperation and obsessive thinking are left in you.

Days are copies of each other.

The bitterness of loneliness fills your entire being.

You scream, you cry, you are furious, and you don’t care anymore.

And this day has come, and you understand that this is the real end, and some invisible force is pulling you out of your body.

First, you are scared and after a few moments, you realize that there is nothing to be scared about, you just need to accept that this is the end of the suffering you have lived in for such a long time.

Your body is still here, but you can no longer move it. You feel the last beats of your heart and how your brain sends its last signals to the body, and…

Complete void.

Nobody, nothing, no light or dark, but I am.

I am.

May love be with you!

Obsessive thinking

It happens that there are arguments in your head with yourself about something.

You notice that the mind is responsible for going dialogue. You just listen to your own thoughts and think that you are going crazy because the voice in your head expresses the good and the bad in you.

Furthermore, you clearly understand that at the moment you are not related to either one voice or another, you seem to be observing and witnessing the dialogue in your own mind, using the same mind at the same time.

At such moments, we notice the duality of the work of our mind.

Being a whole, the mind divides everything into opposites, including itself, and this is its natural function.

Managing your own mind is what I would recommend everyone do.

Do not suppress or encourage the mind, but use its functions for their intended purpose, and stop giving attention to the stream of endless thoughts about something produced by the mind when there is no need for it.

Otherwise, the mind becomes a frenzied copying machine of opposing thoughts.

I wish you to experience a calm mind.

Even if it seems like it’s not working out, don’t stop, just be and breathe. That’s enough.

Be still and observe youself.

May love be with you, dear friend!

You are not alone. Love yourself!

Fears, resentments, hatred of someone—this is all stagnant mental and emotional garbage.
These are those parts of you that should have manifested themselves in certain situations, but you listened to your mind. You hid the emotion and pushed it deeper, where it had already taken root over all these years of living in you. It turned into a conviction and an automatic reaction to a certain type of situation.

Perhaps you were an inquisitive child and one of your close relatives told you everything to devalue any of your manifestations, even if it was a joke, and you, being inexperienced and incofident, took it and believed it, or took it and swallowed resentment or anger.

Now you are 30+ years old, and you notice certain patterns and cyclicalities of your ups and downs in the basic components of life:
health, wealth, love, and happiness.

You start trying to find out the problem with the help of all sorts of psychological and spiritual practices.
What is wrong with you?
Why do you have a constant troubles in some areas of your life?

As a result, you find in yourself an eternally ongoing dialogue with someone you have been upset about or angry at since childhood.
After decades, you still have this conversation in you, and maybe even your offender is no longer alive, but you still subconsciously look for him/her in everyone with whom you communicate.

The pity fact is that you find the offender even in those who are absolutely different from the one with whom you often have an internal dialogue all these years.

You are like someone who sees hallucinations, and you are convinced of the authenticity of your illusory vision.

Accordingly, any person in this case who interacts with you will experience an undeserved attitude towards themselves, which will lead to the breaking of the connection between both of you.
For you, this will also cause a certain type of misunderstanding and disappointment, first of all in yourself.

Here, you will have to have a serious conversation with yourself.
Perhaps it will even be very emotional and supported by “special effects” in the sensations of the body.

It sounds interesting, isn’t it?
What to do, then?

If you are sincerely interested in my answer, then it means that you definitely haven’t be sincere with yourself; you haven’t spoken to yourself honestly, without any hypocrisy to which you conditioned, having identified you with your environment and pleasing it.
You have ignored or suppressed your own feelings that are opposite to the imposed belief.

Carl Jung called these shadows; Eckhart Tolle called them the pain body, In different traditions, they are called demons or informational parasites that live in the psyche.

The most exciting fact is that all of them are you—those parts of you that want your love.
So give yourself some love!
What is the problem?
Are you asking “how”?
It’s simple.
Love yourself.

May love be with you!
